GeminiBIM adds a clean Revit ribbon organized into Standards, View Management, Coordination, and Settings. Each tool is built around practical user workflows: select a source, choose target content or views, review visible options, apply changes, and validate the results.
Key Tools
Template Transfer
Transfer selected settings from one source view template to one or more target view templates. Use it to propagate approved visibility/graphics standards, reuse template settings, and update multiple templates without manually comparing every parameter.
Transfer Pro
Move standards and selected project content from a source model into open Revit projects or RVT file targets. Select content categories, choose items, confirm targets, run a dry run, and review detailed results. Transfer Pro supports controlled standards rollout with reviewable outcomes.
Add Filter+
Stage view filters, review graphic overrides, control filter order, and apply the resulting filter stack to selected view templates. Use it to standardize filter stacks, visibility settings, halftone, line weights, patterns, colors, and transparency across production templates.
Filter Factory
Create multiple Revit view filters from selected categories, driver parameters, scanned model values, naming patterns, and rule logic. Filter Factory helps reduce manual filter creation, naming errors, and repetitive setup when building filters for systems, zones, disciplines, phases, levels, or custom data.
Scope Box Manager
Review scope box inventory, identify used and unused scope boxes, assign scope boxes to views and grids, purge unused scope boxes, and compare host scope boxes against linked model scope boxes. Use it for model cleanup, view control, and linked-model coordination.
Set Grid Bubble Vis
Quickly control grid bubble visibility in the active supported view using Top, Bottom, Left, and Right selections. This helps clean up grid presentation before sheet production and reduces repetitive per-grid edits.
Navisworks Exporter
Export NWC files from selected 3D views, the full model, or selected elements. Use saved presets, output naming templates, conflict handling, linked model options, and reporting settings to support repeatable coordination exports. JSON manifest and CSV summary options help document export results.
Settings Diagnostics
Manage GeminiBIM appearance, Workset Prompt preferences, version information, and support folder access from one consolidated window. Users can switch dark/light themes, enable Workset Prompt behavior, and open settings or log folders when support is needed.
Workset Prompt
When enabled, GeminiBIM prompts users to select an active workset when opening a workshared project. This helps reduce accidental modeling on the wrong workset and supports consistent worksharing habits.
