PRO members can customize the Revit toolbar with 3 profiles of 12 buttons each, using ready-to-use tools, AI Connector or Dynamo scripts, and animated icons. Profiles (Default, Beta, and Gamma) can be easily switched to use different sets of tools (up to 36).<\/p>\n

For A.I. Beginners, start with Claude Desktop App. The setup is automatic with the A.I. Connector. No dependencies (like Node.js).<\/p>\n

For BIM Coordinators\/Managers and more technical roles, Claude Code is more powerful and feature-rich.<\/p>\n

4 Steps to Implement A.I. in Teams:<\/p>\n

1. Test it: Try and ask A.I. to review and fix Revit (check and fix parameter values, adjust view\/room names or generate reports).<\/p>\n

2. Prepare it: Write standard prompts and save them as Projects in Claude Desktop App.<\/p>\n

3. Share it: Implement in a small team of 10-15 colleagues and share Projects\/Prompts via Claude Team\/Enterprise licenses.<\/p>\n

4. Deploy it: Share with everyone. Update remotely when needed.<\/p>\n
