HMK Tools — AI for Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D & Navisworks 1.0.1

HMK Tools is a complete productivity suite for Revit – more than 25 add-ins and an AI assistant, all in a single ribbon tab, built to take the busywork out of every project.

Parameter automation: ParaFlow exports element parameters to Excel, lets you bulk-edit them in a familiar spreadsheet, and writes the changes straight back into the model. DataBuild creates, edits and binds project and shared parameters from one workspace, while SheetBridge brings Excel, CSV, Word and PDF content onto Revit views and round-trips schedules back to Excel.

Model quality: Model Doctor runs a full health scan of your project and gives it a single 0-100 score across thirteen checks — warnings, unused elements, duplicate types, CAD imports, in-place families, unplaced rooms and views, empty sheets, unused and unassigned view templates, parameter problems, untagged elements and naming. It fixes the safe findings in one click, with a preview and full undo.

Documentation and delivery: Deliver batch-exports PDF, DWG, IFC and NWC with saved presets, naming tokens and a QA log; Multi-Model Export produces IFC and NWC from dozens of Revit files at once without opening any of them; and LinkHub batch-links Revit, IFC, CAD and point-cloud models from local folders and Autodesk® Forma® (Formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud).

Modeling, structural and reinforcement: Batch Join/Cut, Smart Place, Instant Clash, Wall Cutter, Column Swap, Region Builder, rule-based Formwork areas, Surface Area, Rebar Numbering and Rebar Visibility. Compass, a command palette, launches any command, view or sheet from the keyboard.

Pilot AI: an assistant that works directly inside Revit, plus a secure local MCP connector that gives your own LLM — such as Claude Desktop — more than 100 real Revit actions. It also drives Dynamo: the assistant can see the graph you have open, search the node library including packages you have installed, add and wire nodes, write Code Block and Python, run the graph and read the results back — so a script you would have built by hand comes together in conversation. Everything runs locally; nothing about your models is uploaded.

Supports Revit 2023 through 2027, with a separate build for each runtime (.NET Framework 4.8, .NET 8 and .NET 10) so every version loads code compiled against its own API.
