Prodesk is PROKON’s add-in for Autodesk Revit that enables bi-directional model transfer between Revit and PROKON’s structural analysis tools (Sumo and Frame). It’s aimed at structural engineers, BIM coordinators, and architects who need to keep their analysis model and BIM model in sync.
What it does:
- Transfers 3D models between PROKON Sumo and Autodesk Revit bi-directionally, so updates made in Sumo can flow back into the Revit model and vice versa. Prokon
- Handles point, line, and area loads modeled in Revit, plus complex support conditions like releases and springs, and carries that information into a PROKON
- Frame Analysis model. Software Informer
- Supports transfer of custom, non-standard section profiles from Sumo into Revit, so you’re not limited to standard library sections. Prokon
- Can also bring 3D rebar/reinforcement detailing from PROKON design files into Revit.
